I have worked with a range of people from all walks of life: new mums, people with cancer and terminal illness, people who have suffered physical and emotional trauma, people with injuries and chronic pain. My experience and continued training has helped to develop my intuitive sense for locating restrictions in the body where, often, there is an emotional aspect attached.
As a Forrest Yoga teacher since 2013, my classes focus on improving body awareness and creating more space and freedom in the body.
Over the years I have continued to develop and uplevel my skills as a teacher through assisting teachers on Yoga Teacher Trainings and Continuing Education programmes.
I am deeply committed to this lifelong path as a student and teacher of yoga and have made a pledge to share what I learn along the way.
I am a registered member of the Complementary Therapists’ Association (CThA).
