Private Yoga Classes
Private yoga offers a totally personalised experience. Whether you are looking to work with an injury or chronic illness or work on a particular aspect of yoga. You will receive my full attention which is not always possible in a group class. Sessions may be restful and restorative or stronger and more dynamic. This depends on what you need at the time. I am there to help challenge you in a way you may not necessarily challenge yourself.
What to expect from a private yoga session:
- We work together to explore what works for you and what does not
- we work at YOUR pace and experience
- the idea is to work together on a personal practice that you can continue to develop on your own or with my support
- sessions can be online, at your home or at a central yoga space.
