Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga offers a totally personalised experience.  Whether you are looking to work with an injury or chronic illness or work on a particular aspect of yoga. You will receive my full attention which is not always possible in a group class.  Sessions may be restful and restorative or stronger and more dynamic.

What to expect from a private yoga session:

  • We work together to explore what works for you and what does not
  • we work at YOUR pace and level of experience
  • The idea is to work together on a practice that you can continue to develop on your own
  • I will support you in cultivating your personal path to self awareness through yoga asana, pranayama and meditation.

Sessions can be online, at your home or at my yoga space.
