Yoga is an incredible support you during periods of fluctuating hormone levels and the changing shape of your body. Yoga will enable reconnection to body and breath, calming the nervous system and bringing about a sense of ease.
Yoga can help relieve pain, discomfort, anxiety, depression that could accompany pregnancy and postpartum.
My pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes support pregnant and postpartum people in developing and maintaining muscular strength and tone, helping to alleviate discomfort and encourage physical movement. Poses are tailored to various needs during different stages of pregnancy. Sessions are tailored for your needs at the time, from relaxation and restorative to more energetic and strengthening.
Classes are designed to help you connect emotionally, physically, and spiritually with yourselves to help prepare them for the pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum journey.
