With a restorative, heart opening yoga practice and a delicious, healing brunch, we will make sure your week ends with your body, mind and soul happy and nurtured. You will be ready to start the new week refreshed and full of energy!

Starting at 10.30am, you will be guided through an energising backbending, Forrest Yoga practice.


After practice, you will be welcomed to enjoy a fully organic, vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free brunch, served by Annelaure Pothin, who has a background in Macrobiotic cuisine. Enjoy brunch on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Botanical Garden.

About the Chef:

Annelaure Pothin

Annelaure has a true passion for nutrition and the benefits of it to mind, body and soul. She focuses on a plant-based diet according to the principles of macrobiotics for better health and longevity.

Primarily a photographer, due to various health issues and allergies throughout the last 10 years, she has spent many years learning about healing the gut. Having studied at the acclaimed Instituto Macrobiotico de Portugal here in Lisbon, her creations in the kitchen are based on macrobiotics, Ayurveda and plant-based nutrition.

Annelaure’s brunch menu will be nourishing and balanced. She will be explaining why food choices are so relevant when it comes to improving the health and functioning of the body.
