Illuminate within ~ A Yoga & Meditation Weekend with Deepa & Rashmi
April 19-21st 2019, Lavenham, Suffolk, UK
We are delighted to host another soulful experience dedicated to women over this full moon weekend. We invite you to retreat from your busy schedules and surroundings to dive deeper into yourSelf.
Located approximately 1hr 45mins drive or 1hr 30mins by train from London, we will be surrounded by the serene English countryside - a perfect setting for taking off the outer layer of responsibilities and expectations, leaving you completely open to be totally yourself and go deeper within.
With yoga, meditation, deep rest and the surrounding natural beauty, this will be a perfect setting for inner transformation. You will have the physical and mental space to experience stillness of the here and now, live slow, be yourself and make authentic connections with others.
There will be an opportunity to meet yourself with compassion, letting go of patterns that no longer serve you and reawakening those aspects of you that have been buried.
Come as you are, with whatever is now. No matter what your experience, level of yoga, meditation or fitness is, this retreat is open to everyone. It just requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.
Our aim is to gently guide you towards your personal next steps towards ease and relaxation within yourself, bringing you closer to your true self.
There are 14 spaces only, so expect a small group with lots of attention and guidance from teachers.
