Illuminate within ~ A Women's Yoga & Meditation Weekend with Deepa & Rashmi

April 19-21st 2019, Lavenham, Suffolk, UK

"Deepa is a wonderful yoga teacher with a lovely manner to her teaching. She explained and demonstrated the postures really well, and worked the whole body at a great pace. Her modifications were very welcome, and helped me align myself with ease."

Gift yourself a soulful experience over this full moon Easter Weekend.  You can retreat from your busy schedules and surroundings and dive deeper into yourSelf.

You will be surrounded by the serene Suffolk countryside - a perfect setting for you to let go of outer layer of responsibilities and expectations, leaving you completely open to be totally yourself and go deeper within.

Illuminate Within

"Rashmi is such an inspiring teacher.. her voice was so calming in itself and she really helped me feel “zen”. The meditations were amazing and she seemed to say the right things at the right time.. just as my mind would start wandering! The theory behind mindfulness was very informative."

Come as you are, with whatever is now. No matter what your experience, level of yoga, meditation or fitness is, this retreat is open to everyone. It just requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.

With Yoga, Meditation and surrounding natural beauty, you will have the physical and mental space to experience the stillness of the here and now.

Live slow, be yourself and make authentic connections with others.  This is a perfect setting for inner transformation.

You will learn to meet yourself with compassion, let go of patterns that no longer serve you and reawaken those aspects of you that have been buried.
